Heritage Open Days 2020

We had to postpone our programme for 2019-20 owing to the lockdown caused by the Covid pandemic. We hope, in the course of 2021, to be able to fulfil the programme we had arranged, but at present we cannot set dates for events. In the immediate future, we propose to participate in the national Heritage Open Day programme by opening the church on Friday 18 September 2020 from 14.00 to 1800, and Saturday 19 September from 10.00 to 15.00.

Arts and Crafts in the North West

A study afternoon with tea featuring 3 renowned Arts and Crafts experts from the region. We have been very fortunate to have Richard Fletcher, Barry Clark and Stephanie Boydell join us for what promises to be a real highlight in our programme.

Community Art Exhibition

Saturday/Sunday October 26th/27th 2019

Curated by Rev Ann Hyde, an exhibition in Church of artworks by various community groups taking inspiration from the stained glass window on the east wall depicting Christ in Majesty. The exhibition will be held in Church 1030-1600 Saturday 26th and from 1400-1600 Sunday 27th.
